Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
We are so grateful to Gretna No. 2 for celebrating Levi today in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 
Seeing so many of his peers wear gold to show their support meant the world to him. Levi enjoyed every moment and my mommy heart is so full.
In honor of this special day, we gifted our GN2 family The Bell by artist Angus Olsen, I draw childhood cancer. This painting is a symbol of hope, courage, and survivorship, and it also represents the power of community.
Throughout Levi’s journey, the support of family, friends, teachers, and classmates has lifted him and helped carry him forward. May this gift remind us all of the strength of children fighting cancer and the importance of raising awareness for every warrior and survivor.
